Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Scope

Mezzoforte is a choir management platform. The "Director" is the subscription holder and responsible for the organization. "Choristers" and "Assistants" are users invited by the Director.

2. Usage Rules and Files

Usage is exclusive for study purposes. Only PDF files for scores and audio files (study) for such works are allowed. Any material unrelated to choral activity is prohibited.

File Rules: Only PDF files for scores and study audios for those scores are allowed.

3. Content Responsibility

The Director is solely responsible for shared material. The platform does not monitor content and is not liable for copyright infringements or inappropriate material.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, staying active until the end of the paid period. Plan changes will be charged proportionally.

Refund Policy

No refunds allowed unless verifiable technical issues are determined.

Subscription Policies

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but it will remain active until the end of the contracted plan.

5. Standby Mode (Suspension)

If a subscription expires, data is not deleted. The account enters "Standby" mode (access block) until the plan is renewed.

6. Account Cancellation

If a Chorister/Assistant deletes their account, access data is removed but attendance history is preserved for choir integrity. If a Director deletes their account, their entire organization is removed.
