Scope of this policy
Applies to payments for digital access to Mezzoforte.
This policy applies to payments made for Mezzoforte digital subscriptions, plans, bundles, or add-ons. Mezzoforte does not sell physical goods or products that require manual delivery. The purchased access is enabled digitally inside the platform.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically remove access already paid for. Unless applicable law or the payment processor states otherwise, access remains active until the end of the contracted period.
General refund rule
Processed payments for digital services are generally non-refundable.
As a general rule, payments already processed for digital services are non-refundable. This includes subscription periods that have already started, renewals that have already been charged, and digital add-ons that were correctly activated.
Cases that may be reviewed
Some exceptional cases may be evaluated.
Mezzoforte may review a refund request when there is a verifiable duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a technical error attributable to Mezzoforte that substantially prevented use of the service, or when required by applicable law or the mandatory policy of the payment processor.

Cases normally not refundable
Lack of use or change of mind normally does not justify a refund.
Refunds are not granted for lack of use of the service, change of mind, forgetting to cancel before renewal, not using available features, errors in files uploaded by the user, connection issues, devices, browser/app permissions, or external configurations outside Mezzoforte.

How to request a review
The request must be sent by email with enough information to verify the case.
To request a payment review, write to billing@mezzoforte.app and include the email associated with your Mezzoforte account, approximate payment date, payment processor if known, reason for the request, and any useful proof. We may request additional information to verify the case.

Payment processors and external stores
Some payments also depend on provider rules.
Some payments may be processed by external providers such as Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, MercadoPago, Google Play, or other enabled processors. In those cases, refund timing, methods, and requirements may also depend on the corresponding provider policy.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights that may apply to you under applicable law. If a local rule requires different treatment, Mezzoforte will evaluate the request according to that obligation.
Changes to this policy
The current version is the one published with a visible date.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, payment processors, or applicable legal requirements. The current version will be the one published by Mezzoforte with its visible last updated date.
